A generously sized home featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, prepared to welcome your family and friends

The Location

The house is situated near the Serra da Arrábida and the Tróia Peninsula, a conservation area renowned for its unparalleled natural splendor, offering excellent opportunities for hiking and diving along its stunning beaches.

Garden & Pool

The secluded cottage, encircled by gardens and a cypress hedge, includes relaxation spots, a fruit orchard, and a saltwater swimming pool.

Rocha's House

Experience the pleasure of encounters and gatherings in harmony with nature. Revive the pleasure of family reunions. Wake up with the birds, breathe the fresh air of the morning, savour the juice of freshly picked citrus fruits, decorate the table with the aroma of a bouquet of fresh flowers. …. then…. Then follow your imagination and wishes: go for a walk, a bike or a horse ride, a Golf game, a Kart race, a trip to the beach, sail in a Catamaran and meet the resident family of dolphins in the Sado river. A wine and cheese tasting, a bit of art in a Tile Factory. Not Tempted? No problem …. stay at home, in the garden, by the pool, linger in the sun … in the immeasurable luxury of enjoying the simple things in life, in the languid pleasure of “Dolce fare Niente” or “just do whatever you feel like…”

Outside areas

The property is located in a region of vineyards. Within walls, the cottage is surrounded by gardens, featuring also an orchard area in the back.

Amenities​

All energy is produced by solar panels. The cottage is equiped with central heating system . Wi-Fi available in the house, gardens and pool areas. Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area, wood oven and outdoor dining spaces.

We want you to feel just like home. Rocha’s House was conceived as the meeting point, get together and welcome between several generations of the Rocha family in an environment of joy, tranquility and harmony.

  • Living Room
In the centre of the cottage is the lounge, designed in 3 areas: a social and entertainment area, a quieter social area with access to the porch facing the gardens and the third area, the dining room with its long dinner table.
  • The Upper Floor
An “open space” that has a pleasant and calm area for socializing, reading and leisure, 2 bedrooms and a marble bathroom.
  • Pool & Barbecue
Outside, in an area with direct access to the kitchen, the barbecue and wood oven allow our guests to enjoy their meals in a pleasant and idyllic environment opened to the gardens and the swimming pool of crystal salted water.
