Vertigem Azul and Rocha’s House developed a strategic partnership with the objective of making our guests aware of the beauty and charm of the Sado and the Setúbal-Costa Azul Regions. A pioneer company in the observation of dolphins in the Sado estuary, Vertigem Azul, assumed the mission of contributing to the monitoring of the population of the Sado Dolphins, a unique population considered of extremely important protection and for the sustainable development of quality tourist activities, integrated with full harmony and contact with Nature.
The Fifth Quarter
At the heart of The Fifth Quarter’s ‘Taste & Travel’ are the wine, food and the regions they come from, the soul of the regions, the mentality, the pride and the place they occupy in their local cultures. The objective of Taste & Travel is to discover the relationships that different cultures and ethnic groups have with wine and gourmet food and demonstrate this with passion and talent around the world. Rocha’s House and The Fifth Quarter share the same passion and that is why they came together in a partnership aiming at promoting the tradition, history and culture of the Setúbal region.
