Located in the District of Setúbal, in the municipality of Palmela, Rocha’s House, owned by the Rocha family, was born in the middle of the vineyards, combining the comfort of “in the middle of nowhere” with “so close to everything”. Its strategic location allows quick access to the cities of Palmela, Setúbal and Lisbon via the Highway to the South or the A12, as well as the Algarve, North of Portugal or Spain.
The cottage is protected by a cypress hedge which gives it a unique privacy and peaceful environment. Surrounded by gardens, it has several spaces to relax, an orchard where you can pick seasonal fruit and a swimming pool with crystal clear salt water.
Living Room
In the centre of the cottage is the lounge, designed in 3 areas: a social and entertainment area, a quieter social area with access to the porch facing the gardens and the third area, the dining room with its long dinner table.
The Upper Floor
An “open space” that has a pleasant and calm area for socializing, reading and leisure, 2 bedrooms and a marble bathroom
Pool & Barbecue
Outside, in an area with direct access to the kitchen, the barbecue and wood oven allows our guests to enjoy their meals in a pleasant and idyllic environment opened to the gardens and the swimming pool of crystal salted water.
