We have stayed there on many occasions a superb environmentally friendly house set in a wonderful location so much to see and do for adults and children: swim in the pool or ride a bicycle round the vineyards.

The ability to pick your fresh fruit breakfast in the orchard makes a great start to the day. Paula and Luis give you a very warm welcome.

Les hôtes étaient très agréable.. Toutefois nous déplorons l’absence de climatisation. . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

La casa es estupenda y mejor que lo que muestran las fotos. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila algo retirada pero cerca de todo con el coche.. Las instalaciones son estupendas y tanto la zona interior como la exterior están muy cuidadas y muestran la calidad de la casa, desde le mobiliario, la ropa de cama así como las tumbonas, toallas de baño y la zona de la barbacoa. Los anfitriones se encargaron de que nos sintiésemos como en cas incluso antes de nuestra llegada, y sus consejos y atención fueron estupendos.

com óptimas condições para toda a família e em simultâneo poder descansar longe do stress citadino. Espaço familiar, acolhedor, perto de comércio para compras de alimentos ou de alguns restaurantes (ambas opções com deslocação em viatura própria). Limpeza do espaço e disponibilização tambem de tolhas para a piscina

Hemos pasado unos días en Rochas House y hemos estado súper cómodos. Somos una familia de 11 personas y hemos encontrado todas las comodidades en este alojamiento. Paula es encantadora y ha estado pendiente en todo momento de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. 100% equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Zona muy tranquila para descansar y se encuentra a 20 minutos de Setúbal, 1 hora de Lisboa y 40 minutos de las playas de Comporta. Paula nos recomendó un restaurante muy próximo que ofrece pescado a la brasa para llevar… una delicia!
Además nos dejó a nuestra llegada unos quesos, vino, mermelada, tarta de almendras, bizcocho… Mil gracias Paula! Ha sido un placer disfrutar de tu casa y esperamos volver más adelante. Recomiendo esta casa al 100%. Un secreto escondido entre viñedos.

The house is truly amazing! There aren’t much around so its’s super peaceful! The house was perfect for us- had a barbeque and stayed over a night. I love the location, and the host was super helpful. I would definitely go back.

Destacou-se pelo cuidado na limpeza e a atenção dos anfitriões. Sitio idílico para descansar da correria do dia-a-dia. Comprovou-se que não se trata de um alojamento comercial, mas sim de um alojamento cujo objectivo é o bem estar dos hóspedes.

We already visited several times the house of the Neves family. They were always lovely hosts and very supportive and the house is gorgeous. The area around is really beautiful and not far from the beach. Also, for wine lovers it is a highly interesting region with a lot of wineries to visit.

We spent a few days at Rocha’s House and were super comfortable. We are a family of eleven and have found all the comforts in this home. Paula is charming and has been attentive at all times that everything was to our liking. 100% equipped with everything you might need. Very quiet area to rest and is located 20 minutes from Setúbal, 1 hour from Lisbon and 40 minutes from Comporta beaches. Paula recommended a very close restaurant that offers grilled fish to take away… a delight! She also left us some cheeses, wine, jam, almond cake… Thank you very much Paula! It has been a pleasure to enjoy your home and we hope to return in the future. I recommend this house 100%. A hidden secret among vineyards.

We know the “quinta” before it was opened to tourists and vacationers. A very quiet place. Privacy is absolutely guaranteed there, as high walls surround the huge property. The garden is fantastic with a grill and outside kitchen and if it wasn’t enough, a “huerta” joins. Different types of fruit trees grow in the orchard. When the orange trees bear fruit, “freshly squeezed orange juice” has a very special meaning! A swimming pool rounds off the outdoor area. The interior of the house is very appealing. The bedrooms, the bathroom and the kitchen are generously equipped and extremely confortable. The living room with fireplace is simply great and very tastefully decorated. The environment is very beautiful. It’s quick to get to Setubal and also to the sea. Let’s go!!!

We stayed in the Rocha House for 11 days. And we had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and luxurious, every bedroom has his own bathroom and the swimming pool is amazing. Catia (who is a very sweet lady) keeps it clean and tight for you during your stay and Paula (the owner) gave us a lot of nice tips for daytrips.
The house is near by Setubal, a very nice small city with beautiful restaurants, shops and beaches, only 20 minutes away.

Rocha’s house is big, clean and luxurious. Host is very communicative. Very well equipped. We were also greeted to a welcome basket comprised of an excellent wine, cheese, and more. Great outdoor space. A game room (e.g. pool table) would be a very suitable addition.
